Because of Visa regulations I have to leave India every 180 days so I went to the Maldives on the 11th and got back on the 12th – the day before all flights were cancelled due to Corona Virus Lockdown.
Lockdown started on the 20th so arranged passes for ambulance and dog feeding (foreigners not allowed to have feeder passes). All volunteers stopped from visiting clinic. Clinic staff working without days off. Mary not working. Dog food deliveries are difficult but Pedigree have not let us down yet.
We had to cancel our St. Patricks day party so lost out on some fundraising and Nina and Mary had been practicing a special Irish dance for weeks before – They are now waiting for an opportunity to perform it!!
